Today, we study Mark 4:35-41, where Jesus calms a violent storm while crossing the Sea of Galilee with His disciples. Amidst the storm, the disciples were terrified, but Jesus rebuked the wind and waves, bringing instant calm.
Jesus then asked His disciples, “Why are you so afraid? Do you still have no faith?” (Mark 4:40). This story reminds us of the power of faith over fear and Jesus’ authority over all circumstances.
